Such a tiring day... Ran for 3km, did countless of lay-ups and dribbling and passing. The day ended with 30 push-ups, then 40 sit-ups, followed by another 30 push-ups and end of with 40 sit-ups. After this basketball training, my body was aching all over, from head to toe. At home, I immediately sauntered into the bathroom and had a shower. Feel so refreshing!
